Cancellation Policy

Nanoom Korean Cooking Class Waiver and Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in a cooking class hosted by Nanoom Korean Cooking Class, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages, personal injury, death, or property damage that may arise as a result of my participation in this activity. This release is intended to discharge Nanoom Korean Cooking Class, its staff (whether contracted or employed), and any other associated parties from any liability related to my participation. I understand that the activity I am participating in may involve physical or strenuous activities, and that accidents or injuries may occasionally occur. Despite the inherent risks involved, I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, or damage that may occur. I further agree to hold harmless and release Nanoom Korean Cooking Class, Jima Institute, and its staff from any claims arising from my participation in the cooking class. I also understand that this waiver and release applies to my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. By registering for classes or events, I confirm that I have carefully read and fully understand the contents of this Hold Harmless Agreement, Waiver, and Release. I acknowledge that this document serves as a release of liability and a binding contract between myself and Nanoom Korean Cooking Class, including any staff, whether contracted or employed. Cancellation Policy: ​ Classes are non-refundable, however you can request a credit or transfer to a different class up to 7 days prior to class or have someone attend in your place. Please contact us if you need to make a change to your registration.​ ​ Changes can be made through email or phone: Email: nanoomseattle@gmail.com Text/voice: (425) 298-5758 ​ When we cancel a class due to inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outages, facility issues, etc.), we will endeavor to contact you by email or telephone with as much notice as possible and issue a credit or refund. Please note that we reserve the right to modify class menus at any time due to ingredient availability or seasonality.​​
